Swamp lizard is a ranged weapon which requires 40 ranged level to equip. It requires Guam tar as ammo to shoot with it.

It can be obtained through Hunter. To catch it you need a Box trap and a hunter level of 40. They are only located in the Lumbridge swamp. Catching them will give you 636 Hunter experience.
