The Rod of Ivandis can be acquired as a rare drop from the Smoke demon champion. The Rod of Ivandis is a special staff that uses up charges to cast powerful magic strikes which do not require any runes. It has 6,000 charges and to recharge the Rod of Ivandis you'll have to visit Bob located in Lumbridge and Port Sarim and pay a certain amount of coins depending how many charges you've used. When your rod is completely out of charges it turns into Rod dust which can be repaired at Bob for 2 million coins.
