Masters wand
The master wand is a 1-handed magical staff and requires 72 Magic to use. Although it does not conserve a kind of rune like most staves, it provides one of the best magical bonuses ingame and still has a chance to preserve runes on cast of 31%. It can be obtained as a rare drop from the King black dragon.
