Completionist cape is an upgraded version of Max cape. It can be obtained from the top floor of Varrock museum after the player has completed the following requirements:

• All skills 99
• One skill max experience points
• All quests completed
• Every boss killed 100 times
• Every dungeons completed 50 times
• Jad killed 5 times
• Kolodion killed 25 times
• 100 Emps-Wars rounds completed
• 100 Pest control rounds completed
• 100 Elite Clue scrolls completed
• 100 Barrows chests opened
• 200 songs unlocked
• 300 Karamja agility arena dispensers ticked
• 150 Daily tasks completed
• 30,000 Blood coins received
• 20,000 Warriors' guild tokens received
• 5,000 Stardust mined
• Fight Caves normal & hard mode completed.

Max cape can be made to display the progress on these requirements.

The Completionist cape can be fused with a lava cape through the invention skill to gain some perks and better stats depending of which type of lava cape you merge it with resulting into a completionist lava cape.
