Karil's coif
Barrow items can be obtained as a reward from the dangerous minigame Barrow Brothers. The Karil's coif is a helm which requires 70 Defence and 70 Range to wield. It degrades when used 1000 times and can only be traded when it is fully charged or completely destroyed. If the user dies and drops barrow items, the destroyed version will be dropped. Players can repair destroyed Barrow items at Bob for a coin fee.
The set effect has a 25% chance to occur and will hit your opponent for 115% damage and bind them for 5 seconds.
