Stripy feathers

Feathers can be found in several shops and as a drop from Chickens. It's commonly used for fly-fishing when Fishing, or to attach them to arrows while Fletching.

Bird feathers

You acquire bird feathers when you catch a bird with a Bird snare. These feathers can be used instead of the normal white feathers. You'll not see the coloured versions on the arrows you will be fletching though.
