Guthan's warspear

Barrow items can be obtained as a reward from the dangerous minigame Barrow Brothers. All barrow weapons are two-handed.
The Guthan's warspear may heal the user when damage is dealt, with a chance of 25% of returning healthpoints eequal to damage dealt. This special effect only works when a player wears all pieces of the Guthan's armour set.

Players might prefer the sustain Guthan's armour offers, but usually the cost of repairing the armour set outweights the benefits.
