Opal bolts can be created using the Fletching skill, at level 65 Fletching. Cut an Uncut opal twice and you obtain 15 Opal bolt tips. Attach the Opal bolt tips to 15 Bronze bolts to obtain 15 Opal bolts. This action requires active Membership.
