Masters wand
The Master wand is an one-handed magical wand which requires 72 Magic to wield. Although it does not conserve a kind of rune like most staves, it provides one of the best magical bonuses ingame and still has a chance to preserve runes on cast of 36%. It can be obtained as a rare drop from the King black dragon.
