Bandos boots
The Bandos boots are considered to be one of the best pair of boots for melee. They are part the Bandos armour set and can be obtained as a very rare drop from General Graardor and General Graardor (Hm). The Bandos boots' offensive stats can be improved by upgrading it via the Invention skill.
