Gravecreeper is located at West Ardougne's graveyard and roams around gravestones. At 100 hitpoints he starts doing special move where he says Zzz.. and goes underground while spawning 2 Rot zombies and reappearing elsewhere. It is advised to kill him quickly because might keep spawning more Rot zombies and escape away.
