Rune dart
Rune darts require level 40 Range. You can create Rune darts at 89 Smithing. Use a Rune bar at any anvil to create 10 Rune dart tips, then use feathers dropped by chickens to create Rune darts.
Darts are one-handed, so players can equip an off-hand item with them. Darts can be poisoned with Weapon poison.
