Statius's full helm is a strong piece of Ancient armour obtained as a rare drop from the Spectral worshipper. It is one of the pieces of the Statius's armour set. Statius's full helm requires 78 Strength and Defence to equip.
Statius's full helm has a similar corrupt version, which requires a lower Defence level and provides less bonuses.
Once used in combat, Statius's full helm is no longer tradeable and can only be repaired by using Ancient energy on it. Recharging it to full with the ancient energy will not make it tradable again, however. After 3000 hits, the helm will crumble into dust if not recharged.
