The Slayer cape is a skill mastery cape which requires level 99 in the Slayer skill to equip. The Slayer cape has decent bonuses and is sold at King Percival's Skill-Items located at White knights castle and Thomy's Skillcape shop at Barbarian for 158,593 coins.
