The Scroll of double exp can be bought from Bolkoy the owner of the Emps credits exchange. One scroll costs 150 Emps credits and when activated it grants 1 hour of real-time double xp which means if you log-out the 1 hour timer doesn't stop counting.
Trivia
- Scrolls that were obtained before they were made tradable on the 26th of January 2017 use a different item id and will remain untradable
- They do not stack with double tokens in minigames
