Pet ahrim can be acquired as a very rare reward from the Barrows Brothers minigame. He is a smaller version of Ahrim the Blighted.
Dialog
When talking to Ahrim, the player will start the conversation but never recieve a response from him:
Player: "Ahrim? Mage boy?"
Player: "..."
Player: "I don't think that ghost can understand me..."
The remaining dialog between the player and Ahrim will loop indefinitely:
Player: "..."
Player: "Hello?"
Player: "..."
Player: "No response?"
Player: "..."
Player: "You there?"
Player: "..."
Player: "Heeeeelllooooo?"

Trivia
- The third line of dialog from the player seems to make reference to the ghostspeak amulet from the quest Rest in Pieces, but talking to Pet ahrim with the amulet equipped does not change the dialog
