Pet guthan can be acquired as a very rare reward from the Barrows Brothers minigame. He is a smaller version of Guthan the Infested.
Dialog
When talking to Guthan, the player will start the conversation but never recieve a response from him:
Player: "Guthan? Spear boy?"
Player: "..."
Player: "I don't think that ghost can understand me..."
The remaining dialog between the player and Guthan will loop indefinitely:
Player: "..."
Player: "Hello?"
Player: "..."
Player: "No response?"
Player: "..."
Player: "You there?"
Player: "..."
Player: "Heeeeelllooooo?"

Trivia
- The third line of dialog from the player seems to make reference to the ghostspeak amulet from the quest Rest in Pieces, but talking to Pet guthan with the amulet equipped does not change the dialog
