Pet torag can be acquired as a very rare reward from the Barrows Brothers minigame. He is a smaller version of Torag the Corrupted.
Dialog
When talking to Torag, the player will start the conversation but never recieve a response from him:
Player: "Torag? Defence nerd?"
Player: "..."
Player: "I don't think that ghost can understand me..."
The remaining dialog between the player and Torag will loop indefinitely:
Player: "..."
Player: "Hello?"
Player: "..."
Player: "No response?"
Player: "..."
Player: "You there?"
Player: "..."
Player: "Heeeeelllooooo?"
Player: "..."

Trivia
- The third line of dialog from the player seems to make reference to the ghostspeak amulet from the quest Rest in Pieces, but talking to Pet torag with the amulet equipped does not change the dialog
