Pet verac can be acquired as a very rare reward from the Barrows Brothers minigame. He is a smaller version of Verac the Defiled.
Dialog
When talking to Verac, the player will start the conversation but never recieve a response from him:
Player: "Verac? Flail weirdo?"
Player: "..."
Player: "I don't think that ghost can understand me..."
The remaining dialog between the player and Verac will loop indefinitely:
Player: "..."
Player: "Hello?"
Player: "..."
Player: "No response?"
Player: "..."
Player: "You there?"
Player: "..."
Player: "Heeeeelllooooo?"

Trivia
- The third line of dialog from the player seems to make reference to the ghostspeak amulet from the quest Rest in Pieces, but talking to Pet verac with the amulet equipped does not change the dialog
