Limpwurt root
A Limpwurt root can be grown with the Farming skill and be obtained as a drop from various Monsters. The limpwurt root is only used to make strength and super strength potions by using the Herblore skill.
Strength potions are created by using a limpwurt root on an Unfinished tarromin potion. This requires a herblore level of 14 and will grant 250 experience.
Super strength potions are created by using a limpwurt root on an Unfinished kwuarm potion. This requires a herblore level of 70 and will grant 625 experience.

Limpwurt root can be grown with the Farming skill, this requires Limpwurt seeds.
