Rod of Ivandis
The Rod of Ivandis can be acquired as a rare drop from the Smoke demon champion. The Rod of Ivandis is a special staff that uses up charges to cast powerful magic strikes which do not require any runes. It has 6,000 charges and to recharge the Rod of Ivandis you'll have to visit Bob located in lumbridge and Port Sarim and pay 300,000 coins per (1) charge.
