You have a Necator hide.

Necator hide is a rare drop from Superior slayer monsters. It is used as a Crafting ingredient for Necator armour. The set requires 90 ranged and 70 defence to be equipped. Each piece is degradable and holds 25 hours of combat time. If not repaired before the timer is over or if armor lose it's last minutes upon death of the player, the pieces will turn into dust. Necator armor cannot be repaired by Bob or any repair benchs. It can only be repaired by using a Necator hide on the equipment. A single hide will repair the armor piece in its integritty no matter how much combat time is left.
