West Ardougne is located west of Ardougne access is gained to West Ardougne during Rot business quest, before that it's not accessible. getting there via right clicking the Ardougne teleport in the Normal spellbook then Ardougne west or by teleporting to Ardougne and running west, going through the main entrance. players go to West Ardougne to do the Rot cave dungeon. you can set your teleport option dead center of West Ardougne or in front of Rot cave by clicking the Teleport option when speaking to Rothardt after completing the Rot business Quest.
