Bandos hilt is a rare drop from General Graardor who is located in the God wars dungeon, you will need 70 Strength, 20 bandos killcount and a hammer to enter the bandos boss room. Putting a Bandos hilt together with a Godsword blade will create a Bandos godsword, putting these 2 parts together has no requirements.
