The Void Melee helm is obtainable from the Pest control minigame. It costs 1546 pest-tokens and requires level 75 Attack, level 45 Strength and level 45 Defence to equip. If you have the full set (Helm, top, robe and gloves) equipped you will gain bonus damage and accuracy.
