The Draconic visage is used to make up to 3 variants of the Dragonfire shield, the best anti-dragon shield in Emps-world. It requires 90 Smithing, a hammer, the Draconic visage and an Anti-dragon shield to smith. Use the visage on an anvil to smith it. Another way to create the dragonfire shield is paying horvik a coin fee of 1.000.000 gp whilst having the Anti-dragon shield and the draconic visage in your inventory.
