The Holy elixir can be bought from Brother Jered for 1 million coins. Brother Jered is located in the Edgeville monastery and Varrock Castle second floor. According to Brother Jered it might just be a bottle of fountain water, but players can use it to bless a Spirit shield to make a Blessed spirit shield. This action consumes 70 Prayer points, so only players with a minimum of 70 Prayer will be able to use it. Blessing a Spirit shield grants 523 Prayer experience.
