Muncher is a special pet that can be obtained from the 2017 Halloween event. It doesn't require active membership to release it. When released, the player have a 25% chance of obtaining a skull by killing any monsters.
Anyone can speak to the pet, which will respond with the following dialogue:
Player: "Gooood boy!!"
Player: "Hmmm...no reaction?
Player: "Alright then...Muncher doesn't want to talk."
