Restless wizard are known to be fearless of their oponents and therfor being aggressive towards them. Restless wizard can be found inside of the Waterfall cave, Ritual dungeon and nomad dungeon. They fight with a single standard magic attack which can be negated with the help of protect from magic prayer. The combat level 325 and 400 can only be found inside of the nomad dungeon and the level 400 have protection prayers that changes through the fight.
If player attacks Restless wizard with the proper damage type, they will gain 500% accuracy.
Restless wizard is weak to different type of damage depending on its color. However, they all are undead creature which make them immune to rot and poison type of damage but vulnerable to the salve amulet and undead slayer aura effects.
