Rune essence is required to make runes in Emps-World. It can be mined from the Rune essence rocks inside the Rune essence mine or dropped from various Slayer monsters or Bosses. Players can reach the Rune essence mine by asking Aubury in Varrock, Port Sarim or Ardougne to teleport them.
Rune essence grants 44 Mining experience when mined and can be mined at level 1 Mining.
