Super melee potions can be made by combining an Cadantine, a Super attack potion, a Super strength potion and a Super defence potion. Each potion must be have 3 doses remaining. This requires a Herblore level of 79 and will grant 770 experience.
When drinking a Super melee potion your Attack, Strength and Defence levels will be temporarily increased by 15% plus 5. The boost will gradually wear out and your levels will return to their normal values. Super melee potions are often used when doing PvM by high level players because it saves inventory space compared to using all three kinds of potion
