Talismans
Talismans are items used for runecrafting. They can be be obtained as common drops from abyssal leeches, guardians, and walkers. Players can bring a talisman to a prismatic altar to teleport directly to the altar associated with that talisman, and will need it in order to make the talisman's corresponding runes.
