The Vanguard helm is a PvP hybrid armour obtainable from the blood coins exchange for 150,000 blood coins. Alternatively, it is also obtainable as a rare drop from PvP crates. It is one of the pieces of the Vanguard armour set.
Set effect
The Vanguard helm, when equipped with the rest of the set, will activate the Vanguard armour's set effect. The set effect returns 6% of the damage you deal to you as special attack energy. It also increases the damage of your special attacks by 12%. Additionally, if at least two pieces of the armour are equipped, the prayer drain of Smite is increased to 40%.
