They are not aggressive in the wilderness, but are aggressive on Neitznot Island. They are often killed for their Frostdragon bones, that yield 1875 Prayer XP when buried. They are also one of the two kind of monsters that drop a Dragon battleaxe.
Players should wear an Anti-dragon shield or a Dragonfire shield when fighting dragons.
