A Draconic visage is an item dropped by all metal Dragons as well as by the King black dragon. On average players get it once in every 200 drops. The Draconic visage is used to make a Dragonfire shield, the best shield in the game. It requires 90 Smithing, a hammer, the Draconic visage and an Anti-dragon shield to smith. Use the visage on an anvil to smith it.
