You have a Skull.

Skulls are a special currency used during Halloween Events. They were previously obtainable as a random drop from most monsters, but are now only obtainable while the player has muncher or a raven following them and killing monster's at the same time. Doing so will give the player a chance to get skulls from drops. Bear in mind, skulls can only be obtained this way during the halloween event. Players can exchange skulls for halloween-themed cosmetic items with the Grim Reaper, who can currently be found on the top floor of the Draynor manor.
