Iron full helm: Difference between revisions

The iron full helm requires a defence level of 1 to be worn. It can be purchased for 196 coins in the armour shop in Barbarian village. It can also be made by using the smithing skill. This requires a smithing level of 22 and 2 iron bars and will grant 360 smithing XP. The iron full helm provides the same stats as the iron medium helm, they just look differently.
