Iron full helm: Difference between revisions

The Iron full helm requires a Defence level of 1 to wear. It can be purchased for 196 coins in the Armour shop in Barbarian village and Al-Kharid. It can also be made by using the Smithing skill. This requires a smithing level of 22 and 2 Iron bars and will grant 360 smithing experience. The iron full helm provides the same stats as the Iron medium helm, they just look different.
