Rune bar

Rune bars can be smelted at a furnace, 1 rune bar requires 1 Rune ore and 4 Coals and will grant 200 smithing experience. Rune bars can also be made by using the Superheat Item Magic spell which requires a magic level of 43, this will also grant 200 smithing experience.

Rune bars are used to smith Rune weapons and Rune armour. Each weapon and armour requires a different amount of rune bars and smithing level. For each rune bar used in the process of smithing, you will be granted 560 experience.
