Brawling gloves
Brawling gloves can be obtained from Castle wars for 50 Castle wars tickets. When worn the player receives 50% extra experience if they train the skill the brawling gloves are named after. Brawling gloves degrade, meaning they will disappear after 750 stacks.
One stack is removed when one instance of experience of one certain skill is gained. It is thus smartest to train with the action that grants the most xp in one go, like Smithing platebodies instead of daggers, or using a focused attack style instead of a shared attack style. Because the shared attack style grants you 3 instances of Attack, Strength and Defence, the melee type of Brawling gloves will go down with 3 stacks per hit.
