Dragon bolts (e) can be created by tipping Rune bolts with Dragon bolt tips and then enchanting them with the Lvl-5 Enchant spell from your Normal spellbook. These bolts have a 10% chance on hit to inflict an additional dragonbreath attack, that is able to deal between 10 and 25 additional damage on top of your hit. The effect does not proc if your target is wearing a Dragonfire shield, if your target is a dragon or a fire-based creature.
