The Rune whip can be made by using Rune abyssal dye on Abyssal whip. Rune abyssal dye can be purchased at the Emps credits exchange for 550 Emps credits. Doing so will change the whip's color to rune and remove any requirements to equip it. Its stats will scale with your attack up to level 70. Moreover, you can upgrade it by combining the whip with one of the four elemental crystals to get an elemental whip.
