The Steel full helm requires a Defence level of 5 to wear. It can be obtained as a drop from Pyrefiends, Werewolves and Orcs. It can be purchased for 667 coins in the Armour shop in Barbarian village and Al-Kharid. It can also be made by using the Smithing skill. This requires a smithing level of 37 and 2 Steel bars and will grant 520 smithing experience. The steel full helm provides the same stats as the Steel medium helm, they just look different.
