Light beast Is one of the Superior slayer monsters that can appear randomly only, while on Dark beast slayer task after you complete Superior creatures quest. There is nothing much about him, other than that he has quite a lot of health and is extremely tanky. Light beast is often killed for Light beast claw reward, which is used to craft Abyssal defender and for necator hide drops, which is used to craft necator armour.
