Elder kurasks are one of the various Superior slayer monsters found in Emps-World. They require 102 Slayer in order to be attacked and additionaly you need to use Broad damage to deal damage to them. They can be assigned to the player as a slayer task by Mazchna,Vannaka,Duradel,Shenven. Elder kurasks have a chance spawn after killing Kurasks during slayer task.
